Allergens

Every meal label lists the 14 major allergens defined by UK food law. Full ingredient and allergen information is available on each meal's product page and on the sleeve of every container.

Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that also handles gluten, dairy, eggs, soya, nuts, peanuts, sesame, mustard, celery, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, lupin and sulphites. While we follow strict separation procedures, we cannot guarantee zero cross-contact.
