Place your order before 10pm on Thursday to guarantee a delivery the following Sunday and Wednesday. If you need a delivery sooner, drop us a message and we'll see what we can do.
Our prices start from just £45 per week depending on which product you order, how many days per week and how many weeks you choose.
Yes, you can order for a one-off week. When you order a 4 week plan you save £10. When you subscribe for 8 weeks you save £40.
Your food will be 'split' delivered on Sunday and Wednesday. For national deliveries, you will receive your weekly order on a Tuesday.
Yes — for local delivery, we charge £6 for two deliveries per week, and for national delivery it is £13.99 for one delivery per week on a Tuesday.
We offer local delivery to the following postcodes: NE, SR, DH, DL and TS. Delivery is £3 per delivery (£6 per week), added at checkout. Nationwide delivery is also available — Tuesdays only. We do not currently deliver to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or Isle of Man. You can also pick up from TS22 5PQ — choose 'local collection' at checkout.
For local collection and delivery we supply your meals in plastic containers in paper packaging. For nationwide delivery your order is packed with ice bags ready for you to refrigerate.
Leave a note in the 'specific delivery instructions' box at checkout (e.g. 'leave in cool box in the garage', 'leave at the back door', 'leave with neighbour at no. 16'). Our drivers will follow your instructions and ring or text to confirm delivery.
Your meals will be fresh for up to 4 days if kept refrigerated.
Easy — remove the lid and replace loosely. Heat on full power until piping hot all the way through. Times vary depending on your equipment; guideline is 3.5 minutes in an 800w microwave. Always ensure your meal is piping hot.
Refrigerate immediately when you receive your delivery.
Yes, we recommend freezing any meals you do not plan to eat within 4 days. Defrost entirely and cook until piping hot.
Our kitchen does not use nuts in any of our meals other than the granola breakfast and granola snack bar. Please leave a note of any allergy when ordering — if unsure, contact us and we'll be happy to advise.
Yes, we have a vegetarian meal plan. Please leave a note of this when completing your order.
