Delivery Policy

We deliver fresh, chilled meals across the North-East every Sunday and Wednesday in temperature-controlled vans.

Delivery windows

You'll receive a 2-hour delivery window the morning of your delivery. If you're not home we can leave the box in a safe place of your choosing.

NE, DH, SR, TS and DL postcodes. Enter your postcode at checkout to confirm coverage.

Packaging

All packaging is recyclable. Trays go in plastic recycling, sleeves in paper recycling, and ice packs can be returned to your driver.
