Refunds Policy

Because our meals are freshly prepared and perishable, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Quality issues

If anything is wrong with your delivery — missing items, damaged packaging or quality concerns — get in touch within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
